The function of the radiator return valve is:

1. Adjust the returned flow rate. Adjust the branch circulation volume, if the volume is small, increase the opening degree, and if the volume is large, then reduce the opening degree.
2. The return valve is installed at the backwater end of the radiator to adjust the pressure difference between the inlet water and the backwater to ensure low-noise operation of the radiator and achieve the end hydraulic balance, and adjust the resistance balance of each HVAC loop. The product has a corresponding mark for the flow rate that other manufacturers do not have.
3. In some facilities that use hot water, the valve needs to be opened or closed after the water reaches a certain temperature. For example, in a solar water HVAC , the valve opens when the temperature of the water in the solar collector reaches 60°C. Store hot water in a water tank, and close the valve if it is below 60°C. This kind of control method is generally realized by electronic control method at present, which requires high cost and inconvenient installation such as power supply, temperature control instrument, solenoid valve and so on.
4. Working principle of return valve:
(1) The automatic water replenishment valve is equipped with a pressure reducing and stabilizing device, and the pressure value can be adjusted with the pressure gauge and automatically maintain the adjusted pressure; when the pressure drops, the water injection is automatically opened, and it is automatically closed when the set pressure is reached to avoid water Excessive pressure damages equipment.
(2) Prevent the backflow of water; the automatic water replenishment valve has a check valve to prevent the backflow of water when the water replenishment pressure drops or stops.
(3) Manual shut-off; in order to facilitate the maintenance of equipment, the automatic water supply valve is equipped with a manual shut-off valve, which can shut off the water supply source.
